Solara was born out of quiet rebellion. A rebellion against rushed mornings, overstimulated workouts, and performative wellness. Our founder—a seeker at heart—spent years in conversation with indigenous elders, neuroscientists, medical practitioners, and artists. She believed that wellness should feel like truth—not trend.
